Data Deletion Instructions

Customers and platform users may request deletion of personal information associated with DEEZ Platform, including Meta messaging or comment data connected to DEEZ brand pages.
How To Request Deletion
To delete your data, email dileepabussiness@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Data.
You can also send a deletion request through one of these channels:
- Message the relevant DEEZ brand page where the conversation happened.
- Contact DEEZ through the official brand communication channel.
What To Include
To help us find the right records, include:
- Your name used in the conversation or order.
- The brand page or account you contacted.
- Your order ID, phone number, or message date if available.
- A clear statement that you want your data deleted.
What We Delete
We will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer needed for active customer support, order fulfillment, dispute handling, legal compliance, security, or business record requirements.
Response Time
We aim to review deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to identify the correct records, we may ask for clarification.
