Authorized Use

The platform is intended for authorized DEEZ staff, operators, and approved service providers. Users must keep account credentials secure and use the platform only for legitimate business purposes.

Connected Accounts

DEEZ may connect Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, Messenger, catalogs, and related services to support publishing and customer communication. Users are responsible for ensuring that any content they publish is accurate, lawful, and approved for the relevant brand.

Content

Product images, generated creatives, captions, comments, and messages handled through the platform belong to DEEZ or the relevant brand unless otherwise stated. Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized content.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as business requirements, connected APIs, or platform policies change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DEEZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
